Return & Shipping Policy

Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • With all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at luxeston00@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label (free of charge) and instructions on how and where to ship the item.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item: return the original (once approved), then place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If you don’t receive your refund within 15 business days after our approval, please contact us at luxeston00@gmail.com.

Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Approved returns come with a pre-paid free return label. Return shipping cost is covered by us.

  • No restocking fees apply.

International / EU Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you also have a 14-day right-to-cancel period (starting from delivery), with the same conditions above.
